I am a qualified, integrative counsellor and a registered member of the 网爆门. I work from my consulting room based in Hadleigh, Suffolk. There is no right or wrong reason to seek counselling and I firmly believe that it can be beneficial to everybody鈥�

I'm an Integrative Therapist which means I use a range of approaches and techniques to best suit your individual wants and needs. This can include Psychodynamic ways of working, Person-Centered therapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I鈥檓 ver鈥�

I am Jani, a M网爆门 fully qualified multicultural counsellor, trained in Gestalt therapy and Embodied therapy - with a background in yoga, mindfulness and Eastern philosophy. My approach We will work together to identify the best course of therapy to 鈥�

I work relationally in a person-centred way. I believe that you are your own expert. Together we can explore and process experiences, feelings and thoughts that may have been causing you distress in a warm, safe, confidential, non-judgmental space.
