Why come to counselling  People come to counselling for many reasons. You may have a specific issue you would like to work on. You may wish to talk about relationships, self-esteem, identity, anxiety, illness, or bereavement. You may be feeling overl鈥�

Sometimes our problems feel too huge or too painful, sometimes they feel too small to believe they will be taken seriously. Sometimes they just feel too weird, or embarrassing. I welcome you wherever you find yourself, without judgment or expectation鈥�
