I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor with 8 years' clinical experience specialising in Integrative Psychotherapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with particular interests in working with self-esteem difficulties, anxiety and abuse. I spec鈥�

My professional experience is extensive and includes addiction, suicidal ideation, anxiety and low self esteem. I have worked with the Survivors Trust and counselled survivors of rape, sexual abuse and childhood sexual abuse. I have had 2 years exper鈥�
