Hello and thank you for reading my profile. Making a decision to come into therapy may be something you have been thinking of for a while or it may be because an event or incident has happened for which you need some support with.  Sometimes couples 鈥�

Relationship counselling and therapy  I work with couples, individuals,  young adults and families who are experiencing difficulties with their relationships. I can help with work related problems, separation and loss, low self- worth, bereavement an鈥�

My approach as an art psychotherapist/CBT, registered with HCPC, and Systemic Practitioner is to work collaboratively with you, seeking to understand, to explore and reflect on whatever is difficult in your life. Deciding to engage in therapy can be 鈥�

I work with adults as individuals and also couples. I am experienced in helping my clients work through a range of life鈥檚 difficulties. This may be long-term struggles (e.g. anxiety, depression, self esteem) or more recent upsetting events (e.g. bere鈥�

Most of us, at times, experience emotional pain and distress, or life changing situations such as loss or bereavement, which may feel overwhelming. I offer a reflective and confidential space where we can explore challenging issues, such as lonelines鈥�
