I understand that making the decision to begin counselling or therapy can feel like a big step but one that I believe is worth taking. From my experience the main reason people seek counselling or therapy is their desire to change and/or to find some鈥�

I've been in private practice since 2010. I work in a relaxed, non-judgemental, informal way. I offer non-directive, humanistic therapy to individuals and couples.  I also offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation an鈥�
