I have a Masters Degree in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling and work psycho-dynamically. I believe we all have, in ourselves, the ability to work through our own problems; sometimes we just need the space, time and support to do it. Talking thro鈥�

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and BSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My area of expertise is anxiety, burnout and emotional overwhelm. Anxiety has a way of presenting itself in so many ways, it could be drinking more than you normal鈥�
