With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I provide integrative therapy, combining humanistic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches. My goal is to create personalised therapy sessions鈥�

I am an integrative therapist and draw upon different approaches to intervention based on my clients needs.  As well as being accredited with 网爆门 I am an EMDR Europe accredited therapist, which means I have been validated by the EMDR Association to 鈥�
