How I Work I aim to provide a secure, committed and confidential environment in which you are seen and heard and can safely explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This includes any questions, concerns or anxiety you may have about beginning thera鈥�

Not feeling yourself but not sure why? Struggling to manage your emotions but don鈥檛 know what to do about it? The therapy room is your place to feel seen, to feel heard, explore what is going on for you and have your thoughts and feelings validated. 鈥�
