I specialise in providing a counselling men for men and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have extensive experience of helping clients issues of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and with men who are victims/survivors of domestic abuse a鈥�

I am a person-centred Counsellor and am passionate in helping those who are experiencing low self-esteem, low confidence, generalised anxiety, stress, depression, menopause and bereavement. My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship based on mutua鈥�
