About Me
I was born and raised in New York to South Asian immigrant parents. After three decades in the US, I moved to London in 2018. That transition both tested and transformed me in profound ways — deepening my self-awareness, inviting self-discovery, and reminding me of the bravery that meaningful change often requires.
My Approach
I believe therapy isn’t only about resolving problems — it’s also about cultivating understanding of yourself, nurturing connection, and rediscovering your voice so you can create the life you want to live.
My therapeutic path is grounded in the belief that change is both inevitable and complex. We all experience moments when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or disconnected — and in those moments, having a space where you feel seen, heard, and held can make all the difference.
In our sessions, I aim to offer a secure and supportive environment where you can explore your story at your own pace, gain clarity around past and present struggles, and move toward greater self-acceptance, resilience, and authenticity through thoughtful change.

How I Work
I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered integrative counsellor, offering face-to-face therapy in North London and online counselling for adults across the UK. My approach integrates humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives, supported by multicultural and intersectional frameworks. This means our work together is tailored to your needs — sometimes that involves exploring early experiences and patterns, at other times making sense of current emotions, relationships, or challenges, and often creating a space for reflection and containment in the here and now.
My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can gently unpack and process your story, reconnect with your strengths, and explore the possibilities of growth and change.
As a South Asian therapist, I also understand what it can feel like to live between cultures or to navigate family and societal expectations while trying to stay true to yourself. I bring both my professional training and lived experience to support your process.
