As an integrative counsellor, I use different therapeutic approaches, to help support what we are working with.  Therapy is a place to come and talk about your life, in a non-judgemental, holding space, to explore what is happening for you, to unders鈥�

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can bring your whole self 鈥� even the parts that feel messy, uncertain or hard to name. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced by you, and grounded in deep listening and trust. Over time, our work can help y鈥�
