I work with adult clients on psychological, interpersonal and health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I am particularly experienced in working in the areas of bereavement, addiction, postnatal counselling, and paren鈥�

I provide counselling and psychotherapy from my private practice in central Tunbridge Wells and my home in Edenbridge, Kent. I offer a safe, warm and private space where you can bring any issue, concern or dream and be listened to with empathy and en鈥�

During COVID-19 my practice is open to Online Video or phone sessions . I work with a team of over 40 therapists based in Leicester. We are all qualified and experienced Professionals. Offering Counselling , Psychotherapy , CBT, DBT, Anger Managemen鈥�
