I am a 网爆门 registered counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London. I work with adults at all stages of life in exploring their experiences and patterns, as well as their strengt鈥�

I work with adults and have experience supporting clients through life transitions, relationship concerns, experiences of loss and grief, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety, workplace stress and burnout, low confidence, self-doubt, perfectionism鈥�

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and BSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My area of expertise is anxiety, burnout and emotional overwhelm. Anxiety has a way of presenting itself in so many ways, it could be drinking more than you normal鈥�
