I have experience of  working with trauma (including religious trauma), PTSD, LGBT+ issues, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, self-harm, ASD, families of prisoners and more. I have been working in private p鈥�

I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in my counselling. I am level 1 & 2 qualified in IFS. This model has, in my view, a beautifully non-pathologising approach. It recognises that we all have different aspects to ourselves and a core self, w鈥�

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups offering a confidential, professional and safe place to talk about and address whatever is troubling them. I can work on a short or long term basis.  I qualified in 2012, am an accredited member o鈥�
