About me and my therapy practice
I offer a kind, non-judgmental space to work on what is important to you or causing distress. Once trust is built, we can start to work together on the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that might be standing in the way of you feeling more like yourself.
My aim is to help you find emotional freedom from recurring difficulties and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
I have a particular interest and experience working with:
ADHD - including support through diagnosis pathways
Working with families and partners of people with ADHD to gain insight and understanding
& Health anxiety
These areas are close to my heart through both personal and professional experience, and I bring understanding, empathy, and practical support to every session.
I am…
- A fully qualified Person-Centred Therapist
- Incorporating elements of CBT where helpful
- An accredited member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, ensuring professional standards and safe practice
I support people with a wide range of challenges, including:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Relationship difficulties
- Self-esteem and confidence
- Trauma and childhood experiences
- Life transitions and changes
- Grief and loss
- Personal growth and development
Whatever has been weighing on you—whether it’s feeling anxious about the future, struggling with motivation, navigating a big life change, or just wanting someone to listen—I’m here to help.
Take the first step today: fill out an enquiry form, and I’ll be in touch for an initial, informal telephone chat so we can see how to move forward together.
Choosing the right therapist can be a difficult and personal decision, I will always encourage you to be open about our connection to ensure that I am the right fit for your therapy journey.
