I work with adults and offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where you will have the freedom to explore your feelings and gain insight into your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. We will work together to identify and look at what is troub鈥�

I鈥檓 Kat, a qualified integrative psychotherapist working online and via email with adults across the UK. Parenting can be hard. Navigating relationships can be hard. Maybe you have complicated relationships that are taking up too much of your time an鈥�

I offer a safe and confidential environment to explore your issues on a short and long term basis. After an initial conversation on the phone if requiring Face to face sessions  I would offer a brief free of charge meeting to meet me and see the ther鈥�

I originally trained as a nurse and I believe I am a warm, approachable, sensitive, non-judgemental, empathic, human being, that cares deeply about people. I hope this means more than the jargon I could write! :) I work in a quiet private room at the鈥�

I have over 30 years of experience in counselling and supervision in a wide variety of contexts, including 25 years as a student counsellor.  My work is underpinned by my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at The Scottish Institute of Human Rela鈥�
