I am an experienced and compassionate Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 15,000 hours of experience. I offer Psychodynamic Counselling and Transactional Analysis Therapy online. While many of my clients are Doctors and Students, my clients do c鈥�

I am an accredited relational psychodynamic counsellor. I work integratively, using my training in trauma focused work, and skills and experience in embodiment, mindfulness and movement. I am also an EMDR therapist and trained in Narrative Exposure T鈥�

I use a relational humanistic approach in my counselling practice based on Transactional Analysis. This is supported by my background of 30 years as a specialist NMC registered nurse in the context of critical and intensive care (ICU) practice. I am 鈥�

About me I work in private practice between Islington and Essex. Clients come to me for many reasons, I am open to helping you work through whatever you bring to the therapy sessions. I can help with a broad range of issues however I feel particularl鈥�
