On the outside, you seem fine - calm, capable, holding it all together. But inside, it鈥檚 a different story. I work with adults who are silently battling with pressure, anger, anxiety, or a sense that something is missing from their lives. Many people鈥�

The approach to my practice is integrative, which allows me to draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your individual and unique needs. Some modalities I utilise include Mindfulness, Person Centered, Existential, Psychodynamic 鈥�
