About me and my therapy practice
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling stuck, navigating difficult thoughts and emotions, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, accepted, and respected.
I'm a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches—including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)—to support you in a way that’s tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My particular focus is on working with trauma and relationships. This includes how we relate to family, friends, partners, and the world around us—as well as the often complex and deeply personal relationship we have with ourselves. I help clients understand how past experiences, especially those rooted in early life or traumatic events, can shape these relationships and influence how they feel, think, and connect in the present.
I have extensive experience working with people from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and cultures, including within the NHS. With a strong foundation in working with families, I bring a deep understanding of relational dynamics and the patterns we carry with us—sometimes without even realising. Together, we can begin to untangle these patterns, so you can build more authentic, meaningful connections and a more fulfilling life
Practice description
As a UK-credentialed integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with over five years of experience, I have supported clients through a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, and the long-term effects of trauma and abuse.

Together, we’ll explore how your unique history and relationships influence your present, helping you develop greater clarity and resilience. My goal is to empower you to break free from unhelpful patterns and build a life that feels more connected and authentic.
