I am a compassionate and experienced therapist offering a safe and non-judgemental space to help you work though any issues you are experienceing. I work with clients to provide support with anything that is negatively impacting their lives. Therapy 鈥�

My approach combines Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, allowing us to tailor the process to your unique needs. Together, we鈥檒l explore your past to better understand your present and create a path towar鈥�

As humans, we carry the remnants of a script that was written for us a long time ago - written for us, but not by us. Many of us carry unmet needs, emotional wounds, and beliefs about ourselves that were formed in childhood - often in response to env鈥�
