I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment, to help you to work through your past or present difficulties. My aim is to focus on your needs and work with you to develop self-confidence and resilience. This can help during times of 鈥�

I work with people who, for whatever reason, find themselves feeling stuck or struggling with parts of life. Together, we can explore why this might be, including how past experiences and relationships might be shaping how you're currently thinking a鈥�

I am a 网爆门-registered Creative Arts Child Counsellor with an undergraduate and master鈥檚 background in biology and art. I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Therapeutic Arts and a Diploma in Child Counselling. I work with children and their fami鈥�

I am a licensed therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges life may bring. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques including Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I am d鈥�

I work online , by phone or face to face. Sessions can be booked in either weekly , fortnightly or monthly  I work with adults aged 18+ with a wide range of presenting issues . I have a special interest working with clients from the LGBTQ+ community 鈥�
