Hello, my name is Lauren. I aim to work in a broadly non-directive way with my clients, which in practice means I will be guided by what you want to talk about each session. I was trained in the Person-Centred approach and my practice in the years po鈥�

The aim of my work is to enable people to live rather than just existing. In my sessions the focus is on you, your feelings, experiences, reasonings, goals, your needs and wants. I am warm and nurturing and offer a safe space where you can be heard. 鈥�

I am here to help. I am a trained Integrative Counsellor offering in person counselling to all genders. Everyone's struggles in this world are uniquely different, so my tailored approach is aimed to help understand you, for you to understand yourself鈥�

I know therapy can help because it helped me. The key, I believe, is to find the right therapist, at the right time. I offer an initial 25-minute session to explore this together. It might also be helpful to explain a little bit here how we work in o鈥�

I work online only.   In our first session we will explore what you are currently experiencing and a little bit about key life events that may have been important.  You will find out about my way of working and will have the opportunity to ask questi鈥�
