About me and my therapy practice

Life doesn’t always give us space to pause. You may be coping on the outside but struggling internally, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply not yourself. Whether you're facing a specific issue or a general sense that something isn’t quite right, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and feel less alone with it all.

I'm a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, offering short and long term therapy in a warm, collaborative, and non judgmental setting. My approach is modern and insight oriented, grounded in psychodynamic thinking and shaped by real world understanding of how life’s pressures, personal or professional, can affect us.

As a forward thinking practitioner, I work with you to build a therapeutic relationship based on honesty, reflection, and mutual respect. No two people experience life the same way, so our work is shaped by your unique story, values, and needs. Together we can explore the beliefs, patterns, or emotional experiences that may be affecting how you relate to yourself and others, helping you gain clarity and feel more at home in yourself.

You may be considering therapy because of an existing mental health issue. You might feel anxious or low. Perhaps a specific event has triggered difficult emotions, or maybe you’re not sure why you feel like you do.

Modern life, especially in a big city, can be hard to navigate. The pressure of juggling work, relationships, and social life can feel isolating. My approach is grounded in curiosity and care, and I hope that whatever has brought you here, you'll feel able to talk to me.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

I also work with people navigating the everyday pressures of life, relationships, work, family, identity, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Whether you're feeling low, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, or just need someone to talk to, I offer a space to reflect, gain clarity, and begin to move forward.

Practice description

I’ve supported hundreds of people through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, burnout, self-doubt, grief, trauma, identity questions, creative blocks, and professional or academic pressure. Some clients come to therapy with a clear issue in mind; others arrive with a vague sense that something isn’t quite right. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, or simply looking to understand yourself better, therapy can give you the space to pause and start making sense of things.

I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Counselling, and a BA in History of Art. I’m a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ  and a full registrant of the BPC and I in accordance with their professional code of ethics. In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a student counsellor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. These roles gave me in depth insight into the psychological lives of creatives, actors, musicians, dancers, designers, and writers, navigating the intensity, uncertainty, and vulnerability that often come with creative work.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years in various demanding business roles. This background informs my work with professionals in high responsibility positions, including CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs, who are carrying the emotional demands of leadership, innovation, and complex interpersonal dynamics. As part of my MSc, I also trained in the psychology of organisational dynamics, which allows me to work with both individual experience and the wider systems people operate within. Alongside therapy, I offer psychological consulting, blending clinical insight with a deep understanding of identity, power, and group dynamics in professional life.

I am fully insured, my work is professionally supervised, and I remain committed to ongoing training and development.
