I work with individuals navigating emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression, whether rooted in past experiences or current life stressors. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what鈥檚 going on beneath the surfa鈥�

 My training was integrative therefore I use a combination of person centred and cognitive behavioral therapy skills, tailored to the client needs. I have worked in an occupational health setting for many years which has provided me with a breadth o鈥�
