Hello my name is Amanda, I am a 网爆门 Integrative counsellor and supervisor.  This means I use a range of therapies that are best suited to your individual needs including CBT.  Life can bring challenges and with this we can feel overwhelmed,   unsure鈥�

Life can be crap at times and you might be feeling stuck and finding it hard to find your way out. You might be feeling anxious, depressed or struggling with self-esteem having lost belief in yourself. This can be due to things happening around you, 鈥�

Feeling anxious a lot of the time, depressed, angry, frustrated; Periods of low mood, feeling distant from friends and family; Stressed from recent life-changes; Sad and isolated; Struggling to hold things together; Plummeting at small setbacks and g鈥�

I see clients face to face in central Faversham, and work with individuals from all over the UK online. The thing I enjoy most about this work, is helping individuals strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. Life's big transitions鈥�

Hi I鈥檓 David. I work in-person in London Fields and online with a broad range of clients, each with unique reasons for seeking therapy. I provide therapy tailored to you specifically, based on what you need from the space and from me. Sometimes clien鈥�

My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�

Over the past 20 years, I've been working in the NHS, charity sector, as well as in private practice. Offering the triad of my experience, expertise & being, I draw mostly on psychodynamic approaches to meet the needs of each person I work with. What鈥�
