I am a COSCA Accredited counsellor/therapist and Registered Member of 网爆门.  Using a trauma specialised Psychodynamic Approach, I aim to listen carefully to what you have to say and, in response, help you to think about and make links between events 鈥�

I work relationally with each client. I feel the most important thing is for each client to feel safe. I specialise in trauma, PTSD, grief, health anxiety, chemotherapy, perinatal loss, IVF, divorce, fertility issues, exam stress, sexual abuse, GAD, 鈥�

 natural surroundings with the healing power of nature. When in nature, we are often better able to pause and reflect, making space to process emotions, reflect on our feelings and listen to our inner voice. This can help us to see our problems more 鈥�

Adult children of narcissistic parents often bear emotional scars that persist, even long after the abuse has ended. It鈥檚 understandable if relationships feel overwhelming, boundaries unclear, and your own needs unfamiliar. You could be facing diffic鈥�

I qualified as a Person-Centred Counsellor in 1991 and became a 网爆门 Accredited Counsellor in 2001.  I have worked in a variety of settings. These include voluntary counselling working with individuals experiencing a variety of challenging issues, G鈥�

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and have been accredited by the 网爆门 since 2012.  I have also been accredited by BICA (www.bica.net) since 2017. Additionally I provide Life Coaching and also have a Diploma in providing Clinical Sup鈥�
