I have 23 years experience as a Counsellor in a variety of settings, which include NHS G.P surgeries, Community mental health team, Student Counsellor, Cruse Bereavement Organisation, Private counselling and EAP's. I am located in St Giles in Oxford.

I engage with children, young people, adults and schools to establish a nurturing environment that promotes openness and safety, facilitating the sharing of thoughts and feelings without any fear of judgment.

I am a 网爆门 registered Psychotherapist.  I use an integrative approach when working with clients, combining Person Centred Therapy, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, tailoring each session to clients individual needs.  I hold a Mas鈥�
