Something in you already knows it’s time for change. Maybe you're exhausted from masking, holding it all together, or feeling like there’s no room to just be who you are. You might feel disconnected, anxious, or creatively blocked but beneath that, there's a part of you longing to breathe again, to feel whole. In our work together, you’ll find a space where all of you is welcome.
I am here to join you in your journey towards self-discovery and self-improvement. I will be a listener, a sounding board, and may even provide a gentle nudge if called for. I will utilize every resource at my disposal to work with you and for you.
I provide highly individualized therapy to each and every client. I integrate techniques from several theoretical orientations, to formulate an individualized plan for each client around you as a unique individual, not a set of problems to be fixed.

I’m a qualified counsellor (Íø±¬ÃÅ) with experience in mental health settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenging life experiences.
I’ve helped people:
- become more confident and make changes that have changed their life,
- helped people get clear on what’s most important to them and to live accordingly,
- worked with people to overcome crippling anxiety to take small steps towards goals that they never thought they’d achieve,
- manage their long-term condition and pain, to be able to live their life more fully,
I deeply value treating everyone with dignity, recognizing your strengths, resourcefulness, and resilience. Despite the tough challenges you might be experiencing, I believe you possess the motivation to move forward towards growth and positive change.

Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes long, usually taking place on a weekly basis.
If you’re unsure about therapy, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This allows you to ask questions and assess if I'm the right fit for you.
Note: please provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missed session.
