My approach to therapeutic work is warm, relaxed and collaborative. I am an integrative therapist meaning I tailor my approach to suit each individual I work with. Therapy isn't just for times of crisis. Common reasons for seeking therapy are feeling鈥�

I work using an integrative approach, drawing on my psychology degree, my person-centred training, and other methodologies I have knowledge of, this includes the psychodynamic approach, attachment theories, and cognitive behavioural therapy, (CBT).  鈥�

I work with a flexible integrative model of practice which includes, CBT, MBCT, Psychodynamic, Personal Centred, Solution Focused therapies. I work sensitively with each unique cultural and ethnic contexts of clients and their religious beliefs and s鈥�

Trained and qualified in Person Centred and CBT therapies. I am also a qualified clinical supervisor.  I have over 18 years specialised experience in addiction/dependency, bereavement and loss, PTSD, anxiety , depression, couples and family therapy. 鈥�
