Sometimes this means reconnecting with your deeper self 鈥 through dreams, art, writing, or personal storytelling 馃帹鉁嶏笍鉁
I may suggest gentle explorative exercises, like connecting with your inner child 馃挄 or reflecting on your own hero鈥檚 journey 馃寗
When it feels helpful, I draw on approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help you shift unhelpful thoughts 馃挱, manage shame 馃挮, and build healthier emotional responses 馃挭
Because emotions live in the body too 馃, we might include somatic practices 鈥 like guided meditation 馃鈥嶁檧锔 or grounding exercises 馃尵 鈥 to help you feel calm, steady, and connected.
If you鈥檙e healing from trauma 馃挃, I鈥檒l support you in understanding your body鈥檚 natural responses (fight, flight, freeze, or collapse) and finding ways to meet them with compassion and balance 馃挆

In our first few sessions, we鈥檒l take things slowly and get to know each other 馃尡
I鈥檒l listen to your story 鈥 your past, your present, and what鈥檚 been feeling especially heavy or confusing lately 馃挰馃挍 鈥 so I can really understand where you鈥檙e coming from.
