I am a counsellor in private practice with over 12 years of experience. I have gained a Post Graduate Diploma from York St John University. I have a passion for helping men and women navigate relationship problems, heal from negative childhood experi鈥�

Coming to therapy can feel like a big step. At least it did for me! Most people at different times in their lives face problems that may seem insurmountable, seem to be recurrent or seem rooted in their pasts. Being with someone who can give you the 鈥�

Many of the clients I work with come with a question: I don鈥檛 understand why I feel like this? They are questioning why they can鈥檛 make decisions, why their emotions are up and down and their thoughts are disturbing them. Sometimes they are searching鈥�

I am an experienced and accredited Counsellor M网爆门 (accred). I have been working within secondary schools counselling for 3 years and before this within the community.  I have many years experience working with young people and adults both individua鈥�

My work is with you, the client, at its heart. Taking the step to come to counselling isn鈥檛 easy. I aim to acknowledge this with my clients and work to build a relationship that supports them in exploring, expressing, and becoming aware of the choi鈥�

 I'm warm, open and non judgmental.  I aim to see the world from my client's perspective. It's a process of discovery that we embark upon together.  I believe that my clients have everything within themselves to facilitate positive change. 

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, primarily from a person centre-centred perspective. Many years of practice experience enables me to integrate different theoretical ideas and interventions but also to bring a common sense approach and warmth.鈥�
