I have an MA in Psychotherapy. My approach is predominantly Psychodynamic although I may sometimes include methods from  Cognitive Behavioural and Cognitive Analytical Therapy I am particularly interested in the affects of childhood experience on psy鈥�

I am a Trauma Informed, integrative psychotherapeutic therapist/counsellor and I work with men and women, on both short and long term contracts. I draw from a number of psychotherapy disciplines with the aim to find a unique pathway for growth and he鈥�
