I work psychodynamically, which means when we work together we look at what鈥檚 going on for you at the moment and what's gone on in your past. We look at your relationships with others and your relationship with yourself, and by doing this you can gai鈥�

I am a relational integrative psychotherapist based in Margate. As my practice is relational I am concerned with your relationships with others and how you feel in our relationship.  Generally, I do not work with directive approaches to therapy, as I鈥�

I am a psychodynamic counsellor with a person centred approach. I am also a Therapeutic services manager  for The Elm Foundation (previously North Derbyshire Women's Aid). My training has exposed me to some of the raw issues that one experiences in c鈥�
