Life is sometimes hard and it can often feel overwhelming trying to navigate our way through the difficult times alone. At times like these we may find ourselves searching beyond friends and family for support, looking for a space where we can be our鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门). I have extensive specialised training in various therapeutic styles including talking, psychodynamic, CBT and existential therapy鈥�

Sometimes we don鈥檛 know where to turn as we are overwhelmed and alone but a willingness to engage can offer a different perspective and make better sense of the world. Person centred therapy is especially beneficial as well as supporting you to find 鈥�

Although I work predominantly from a person-centred perspective, my approach is integrative, allowing flexibility to meet each client鈥檚 unique needs. As a forces veteran 鈥� and also a forces child (鈥減ads brat,鈥� if you know, you know) 鈥� I have lived ex鈥�
