I am an experienced psychotherapist who has helped many people through difficult times in their lives. I will work together with you to discuss, understand and resolve anything that鈥檚 on your mind. My priority is to create a space where you feel list鈥�

I aim to give my clients a warm and effective counselling experience. I believe in working with my clients to help them understand how they feel, why they feel that way, and to give them coping strategies, coaching tips, and another way of looking a鈥�

My particular training is in Person Centred Therapy, and I am well experienced in establishing a safe space, free of judgement, in which I can help you to heal, reflect on any issues, and work to find your own solutions.  Rather than being an 鈥榚xpert鈥�

After a decade of working face-to-face with individuals and couples I am now working mainly online from my lovely garden room in Mere. This enables those with disabilities, age-related infirmity, agoraphobia and who live in isolated rural areas or bu鈥�

I am a registered 网爆门 member and abide by their code of ethics.  I am psychotherapeutic counsellor providing counselling in Kentish Town or by zoom.  I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years, supporting people with their self esteem a鈥�

I am a level 6 qualified counsellor whose approach and practice is person centred, what this means is that I believe we all experience and respond to life in our own way. I understand how life events and our response to them, shapes who we are, how t鈥�
