About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Vincent. I provide compassionate and inclusive counselling for LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families, friends and allies.
I’m here to support you on your unique journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth. Whatever you want to explore, I offer a safe, empowering space where you can be you.
I understand from personal experience the idea of therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re feeling unsure or anxious. So please feel free to contact me for a free informal chat to talk through any questions you might have, and we can take things from there.
Practice description
I am a full-time MÍø±¬ÃÅ registered person-centred counsellor, working Monday to Thursday. I offer face-to-face and online therapy sessions (using Zoom). We’ll work together to focus on your needs, goals, and experiences, to help you discover what lies within, and find new ways for you to embrace your true self.

Online sessions (50 minutes, on Zoom): £80

In-person sessions (50 minutes): £100
I've worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages, and sexual orientations, as well as a community counselling service, and a low-cost online counselling service specialising in addiction and recovery.
My continuing professional development training has included certification for: Working with Anger, Ethical Counselling in Substance Misuse, and Anti-fat Bias in the therapy room.
My first session
Our first session is a chance to work through how we will work together. I will have questions for you about your family, relationships, health and what you are hoping for from therapy. If you aren't sure what you're hoping for, we can work this out together.
As a person-centred counsellor, you – the client – are the focus of our sessions. This is a non-directive approach, which puts you at the centre of the work we do together. I’m here to support you, and offer a safe, accepting, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, and take control of your emotional well-being.
I have experience working with individuals on a wide range of issues, including:
• Feeling insecure, sad, or angry without understanding the cause
• Low self-esteem and low confidence
• Addiction recovery
• Trauma and abuse
• Loneliness and loss

• Relationship and family issues
• Depression and anxiety

• LGBTQ+ counselling
• Sexuality and identity exploration
• Building fulfilling relationships
• Managing shame
• Seeking validation and self-worth

• Health issues

• Work related issues
