I qualified as a Psychodynamic Counsellor over 20 years ago and have 16 years of experience of providing therapy in a specialist psychology NHS service. Over that time, I learned so much from colleagues and clients alike, and I would now describe my 鈥�

It might feel like a big step to reach out and seek therapy, and I will meet you with warmth and empathy. If you're feeling stuck, unable to move on from past events such as bereavement, abuse or relationship issues, or are experiencing depression or鈥�

I am a person-centred therapist and work with you according to the needs we identify. I have also trained in CBT and may use some strategies usually associated with CBT if that is helpful.  For those who are new to therapy I will take time to explain鈥�
