My name is Margaret and I am an integrative person-centred counsellor.    My experience includes supporting clients from a variety of backgrounds and have experience working with the following ; - loss grief and bereavement (including non-death loss)鈥�

I offer you a safe space that allows you a moment to put down what you have been carrying. By observing thoughts and feelings together, we can explore what has brought you to counselling, how this has come about, and how you would like things to be d鈥�

We live in an ever complicated world where we seem to be constantly bombarded with messages of wellness that often conflict with the way we are able to navigate the world. We are constantly being told what is good for us in a very universal way witho鈥�

I work some evenings and weekends to suit clients' needs.  I charge a set amount of £95 per session -which is between 1 hour and 2 hours per session.

I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and phobias. I also have extensive work with depression, low self-esteem, behavioural issues and ADHD.  Making the decision to reach out for help is a brave act, and in my eyes shows how strong you are. I know it's not a鈥�
