I am an integrative therapist who offers a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you and I can explore together the challenges that you may be experiencing. I worked as a teacher for more than ten years before deciding to train in counsel鈥�

Although COVID is behind us,  it has left its mark; working from home or not; the recession; so much uncertainty... it doesn't feel like an easy time at the moment... You may feel overwhelmed and very alone. Maybe you have gone through or are experie鈥�

I offer a space for children, young people and their families using a blended approach of art therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy to come alongside each individual to help them to explore their inner world. With over 15 years of experience workin鈥�
