I am a dedicated therapist specializing in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and mindfulness-based interventions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients navigate challenges with a deep sense of self-awareness and resilience.
I integrate pluralistic counselling methods, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs—whether exploring attachment patterns, addressing anxiety, or fostering emotional growth. Grounding techniques, interoceptive awareness, and guided visualizations are central to my work, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves in a meaningful way.

Therapy Rates & Availability
I offer different rates for online and in-person sessions, ensuring flexibility to meet your needs.
In-person sessions: £85 for 50 minutes - get 50% off from your first session.
Online/telephone sessions: £60 per 50-minute session.

Discounted First Session – In-Person Counselling
I offer new clients 50% off their first face-to-face counselling session. This allows you to explore therapy in a supportive space at a reduced rate.
My commitment to accessibility means I offer flexible therapy packages, including discounted bundles to support long-term engagement.
