I am a Relate qualified couples鈥� therapist, experienced in seeing a diverse range of couples and individuals who want to explore relationship and personal issues. As well as couples, I offer counselling to individuals who need support with issues suc鈥�

I offer counselling as a space of reflection, dialogue, and presence. My training is integrative, shaped by somatic, existential, and relational psychoanalytic traditions. This allows me to work responsively rather than applying a fixed method: each 鈥�

Life can be complex and sometimes distressing, we don't always understand why it is we react in certain ways. As a therapist I offer a space in which you can explore and deepen your understanding of your own experiences in a compassionate and nonjudg鈥�

I work with adults of all ages with a broad range of presenting issues.  Being relational is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. You can expect a warm, non-judgemental space for whatever needs expression, to be deeply listened to and supported. 鈥�
