I offer an integrative approach to counselling / therapy, combining person-centred practice with aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy. I work in an open-ended way with clients and generally meet clients once per week. I am flexible about when I o鈥�

Whatever you bring to the sessions, your concerns will be acknowledged and you will be received with warmth and honesty. Our way of working will be tailored to suit your individual needs in a way that is comfortable for you. I will not give you advic鈥�
