I am an experienced counsellor but I am also a warm, caring, kind and compassionate person in everyday life and I feel these qualities are integral to my counselling work. I provide a quiet, contained space to really listen to you and find out what t鈥�

I offer a compassionate and mindful approach to therapy. I have an MA in core process psychotherapeutic practice, a Buddhist-inspired form of psychotherapy, from the Karuna Institute. 

I offer Eco-therapy in a nature setting, virtual therapy sessions via Zoom and face to face indoor sessions. I can offer some flexibility for a mix of the above options. My aim is to ensure that all my sessions are wheelchair accessible, please ask f鈥�

I work primarily with people experiencing anxiety, especially when this is linked to feelings of low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence. I also help individuals and couples who are having relationship problems. I make every effort to ensure that鈥�
