I am an integrative psychotherapist, informed by a number of therapeutic approaches, refining my practice through extensive training and clinical experience. My approach is relational and based upon support, respect, empathy and gentle challenge. Ove鈥�

Sometimes life can feel rough and overwhelming. Maybe you鈥檙e feeling trapped, conflicted and helpless. You don鈥檛 see how you can feel better and where you should turn for help. Therapy can help because you鈥檙e being really heard and that in itself is 鈥�
