I have a broad range of experience in the delivery of professional one to one or group counselling services. My experience includes working collaboratively with people struggling with addictions, anxiety and depression and bereavement. I am also very鈥�

I offer an accepting and gentle space where you can feel safe to talk. I have a person-centred foundation and an integrated approach, this means that my work is led by my clients and I approach our work together with empathy and honesty. As an integr鈥�

  My practice is a women only service. I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Dramatherapist (HCPC), Supervisor, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist, Trauma Therapist and EMDR accredited practitioner with more than 25 years experience of working with a va鈥�

Whatever the issues and problems we have to face, one question seems to come up whether we are aware of it or not, which is how much if any control do we have over the way we feel, especially when we feel very powerful or overwhelming emotions. Usual鈥�
