I am a Relate trained counsellor and have an MA in Relationship Therapy. I have been practising since 2007. Relationship therapy allows you to work through problems in your current relationship, look at how past relationships may be affecting your c鈥�

Life isn鈥檛 necessarily straight forward or easy going鈥� and contrary to belief, we are not infallible. As an experienced therapist, I offer wellbeing support to people who are experiencing inner turmoil. Albeit be periods of transition; growing older 鈥�

I use a pluralistic model meaning that all work is tailored for you as an individual. I specialise in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Sex workers are also welcome and valued.

I am an integrative therapist working in a predominantly person centred focussed talking therapy method.  I touch on CBT as well as psychodynamic and Gestalt theory through my work. My style is very much connecting with you as the client and finding 鈥�
