My heart lies with helping children and young people to thrive. I am passionate about and a firm believer in early intervention. I am an integrative children's and young people's therapist. I have a gentle and calm approach; I understand how daunting鈥�

I work from an Integrative approach, underpinned by theories such as Cognitive Behavioural, Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories, as well as an Interpersonal therapeutic approach.  I can also offer structured therapy solely in CBT and Interperso鈥�

At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship鈥攁 connection rooted in trust, understanding, and mutual respect. This bond provides the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgme鈥�
