As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist I am an accredited professional with both the 网爆门 (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). I work within the Ethical frameworks therein. I 鈥�

Our Approach to Therapy We offer a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, understanding that each client is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all method鈥攚e meet you where you are. Some clients thrive with a direct, goal-oriented approach, wher鈥�

I work online and face to face.  I offer counselling, psychotherapy (individual or couple) and coaching, or a combination as required at any given time.  I have worked successfully with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including City profess鈥�
