I am a warm and friendly therapist and my aim is to create a non judgemental environment in which you feel comfortable to be able to express yourself fully. Together we will look at identifying your strengths, your unhelpful thinking patterns and to 鈥�

Inner World Approach I offer a person-centred approach to counselling which means that I value you as a unique, holistic individual. I am interested in helping you listen to yourself more, connect with your internal resources and identify meaningful 鈥�

As an integrative therapist, I am passionate about good mental health and believe that therapy is not an off-the-shelf solution, but a personal experience that allows you the time and space to truly understand yourself. I work 1:1, either face to fac鈥�

In these continuing difficult times you may be feeling anxious, isolated, unsure about the future. You may not be able to discuss these feelings with family or friends. I offer counselling by telephone or on-line, via Skype or Zoom, as well as face-t鈥�
