People have many reasons to seek counselling. Many come because of long-standing depression, others because of anxiety, or bereavement. Some look for support with relationship difficulties, work stress or low self esteem. Or they may not know exactly鈥�

In my work I create a space for you to explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. You are provided with a non judgmental place where you are seen, heard and allowed to be yourself. You are in charge of the therapy and do not have to go anyw鈥�

I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why I work across a range of different psychological and wellbeing techniques, including psychoanalysis, Gestalt, transactional analysis, existential therapy, and body psychotherapy. For 鈥�

For everyone life is a journey that can take unpredictable twists and turns and encounter turbulence along the way. At challenging times we can really benefit from the support of a therapist. Even before you walk through my door my interactions with 鈥�
